Summer School Information: Two summer schools will be offered to extend learning in reading and math. All students entering Kindergarten are invited to the June Summer School. Summer school enrollment for other elementary students is limited and by invitation only. Students will be invited to attend June and July summer school based on one or more of the following criteria: reading level, scores from the Diagnostic Reading Assessment, math level, learning style and grades from grade card.
Transportation will be provided to both summer schools (the June bus schedule is here) - students may be dropped off beginning at 7:40 a.m. with breakfast available from 7:40 a.m. Classes will begin at 8:00 a.m. and dismiss at noon. Breakfast and lunch are provided at no cost to students in both summer schools, as well as anyone in the community ages 18 and under thanks to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
June summer school will be held at Esther from May 28-June 21 for students entering 1st-6th grade. July summer school will be held at Maplecrest from July 8-26 for students entering 1st-6th grade.
