LEBANON TECHNOLOGY & CAREER CENTER
CNA CLASSES
Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Classroom sessions will begin in September & February.
Student Qualifications:
Student must be age 18 to be certified as a CNA.
Required immunization records prior to beginning of class.
Required upon acceptance to the class:
Criminal background check is required and a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 made payable to “State of Missouri, Criminal Record System”
Drug screening required: (minimum of 9 panel) suggested sites:

Please call to check date, time and cost of drug screening prior to testing. All results are to be faxed to Lebanon Technology & Career Center.
Fees for background check and drug screening are not included in the program costs.
Clinicals will be at Richland Care Center in Richland, MO, Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo, MO and Christian Healthcare North, Lebanon, MO.
Materials included in the cost are: one set of scrubs, stethoscope, scissors, gait belt, safety glasses, malpractice insurance, certification fee, lab fee, final exam fee, textbook, and tuition.
Student will need to provide white shoes, 3 inch 3 ring binder and immunization record.
Payment may be made with check, cash or credit card. The total cost of the program is $680. A non-refundable payment of $170 is required upon submitting application. The remaining balance of $510 is due prior to completion of the program. Payments may be made in three payments of $170 each.
Final acceptance in the class is contingent upon drug screen and background check.
