LTCC is the home for Lebanon, and the Laclede County area's secondary, community and adult career and technical education. Approved in 1966, LTCC serves Lebanon, Laclede County, and portions of surrounding counties.  LTCC prepares its secondary and adult students for as many as a dozen occupational fields upon graduation.

LTCC is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI).
