Congratulations to our Black Band, Gold Band, and Percussion
Orchestra for their I (Superior) ratings last night in
Camdenton! All of our groups performed extremely well and we are so
proud of their efforts. It's always tough to perform in a new venue
with no time to rehearse and make adjustments and our students
adjust on the fly like no other. It was a great day for our program
and there were tons of favorable comments from the judges.

Many of you are
already planning summer trips so here are our camp dates for the
2013 LHS Marching
Yellowjacket Band Schedule
Guard and Percussion Camp (colorguard and percussionists only): July
22-26 from 8am-4pm.
Freshmen and Newcomers mini-camp (all incoming freshmen and those
new to our school) July 25 and 26, 8am-noon.
Full Band Camp (all wind players, percussionists, and colorguard):
July 29-Aug. 2, 7am-3pm, 6pm-8:30pm.
Please get these dates on your calendars!
