Mrs. Fowler's Kindergarten
November Newsletter

We spend lots of time this month learning about families and the Thanksgiving holiday.  We study Pilgrim families, Indian families, and our own families.  We were all very thankful for the blessings we receive!  I am thankful for a wonderful group of children to teach and parents to work with!

Several exciting things happen to Kindergarten at Esther Elementary this month.  We always have a teepee outside the school that we are able to go in for storytime.  It looks just like a real teepee.  Everyone enjoys this wonderful experience!

We enjoy a fantastic popcorn "feast" with other kindergarten classes in the cafeteria.   Some of the children dress up like Pilgrims, and some choose to dress up like the Indians.  We enjoy the activity very much and give thanks for our bountiful harvest.

Our character trait for the month of November is courage.  We learn that courage means doing the right thing, even when it is hard!  We have a super November in Kindergarten!
